By creating an account or using LeadRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
LeadRadar is for lawful business use only. You may use it to monitor public Reddit posts matching your keywords and to identify potential customers for your product or service. You may not use LeadRadar for spam, harassment, scraping Reddit in violation of Reddit's Terms of Service on your own, or any other unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@leadradar.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free plan users have no payment obligation.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Lead detection depends on Reddit's API availability, which is outside our control. We are not liable for missed leads due to Reddit API downtime or rate limiting.
Public Reddit post data displayed in LeadRadar is owned by its respective authors and Reddit Inc. The AI scoring and analysis output is provided as-is without warranty of accuracy.
LeadRadar is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed sales opportunities or incorrect AI scoring. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
