We collect your email address, name (optional), and hashed password when you create an account. We store the keywords you add, the leads we detect for you, and your notification preferences (Discord/Slack webhook URLs, notification email).
We use Stripe for billing. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your payment card details.
Your data is used solely to operate LeadRadar: scanning Reddit for your keywords, scoring leads, sending you notifications, and managing your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
LeadRadar accesses public Reddit posts via Reddit's API. We store post titles, URLs, subreddits, upvote counts, and comment counts for the purpose of lead detection. All data is public and was already publicly accessible on Reddit.
Lead history is retained for 7 days (Free), 30 days (Starter), or 60 days (Pro) from detection. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 24 hours.
We use the following sub-processors: Stripe (billing), Anthropic Claude (AI scoring), Reddit API (post data). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@leadradar.dev or by deleting your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.
